Ukraine: Oilseeds prices stable
ODESA: Domestic sunflower prices are supported by significant world demand for sunflower oil. Prices for sunflower seeds remained in the range 19.000-21.000 UAH/mt or 640-710 $/mt depending on oil content. As rule, oil producers are ready to pay 800-1.000 UAH/mt more for high oleic sunflower.
Demand for soybeans and rapeseed also remains stable. Non-GMO soybeans have reached the level of 19.500-20.800 UAH/mt CPT plant and up to 655-690 $/mt CPT ports.
Rapeseeds purchasing prices are at the same level, but offers are very limited. According to some traders, demand for the new rapeseed crop 2022 is in the range of +/- 650 $/mt CPT ports with July-August supply.
The situation with flaxseeds is almost the same as rapeseeds. Very small stocks and limited offers from farmers. Purchasing in ports is on the same level 740-770 $/mt CPT.
