The main source of grain in the production areas is less than 30% and processing plants buy little local produce. Farmers are generally reluctant to sell. Looking at the market in general, off-season sub-demand is weak and market trading activity is low. Short-term domestic sweet buckwheat price is stable. European buckwheat can still replace the domestic supply according to the import situation.
