It is considered that dried fig producers in Türkiye have closed the season. Farmers are rapidly continuing their preparations for the new season. They want to spend the month of June, when pollination takes place, in order to get the best yield. Fresh figs will start to be picked in the last week of June due to high temperatures.

Current export demands are mostly for fresh figs. Again, yield estimates for dried figs can be made depending on the harvest status of fresh figs in the last week of June and the first week of July. Although it is not certain, the price estimate will become clear in the new season in that time.
