DALIAN: Market research shows that there are still 20-30% of the organic millet from the grass-roots level in the production area, and the market supply is sufficient.
The export market is slow, orders are decreasing, and downstream demand is poor, making it difficult to pull the market. The listing time of Northeast New Millet is approaching.
If farmers' enthusiasm for shipments further increases, there may be a risk of a fall in local grain prices in the short term. In mid-August, Luyu’s new millet will be listed on the market. By then, the rice mills in and around the province will continue to purchase, impacting the old grain market.
